About Niqui
As a tenant, investor and property manager myself, I really appreciate how property management is such a personal service. For tenants, we’re talking about the place they call home, whether it’s for a short time or for many years. For homeowners and property investors, the rental property they own reflects investment in the financial future for themselves and their wider family. For both groups, getting the right people in place to start with and maintaining the relationships well along the journey provides the best outcome for everyone.
I created Keen On Rentals when I first purchased a small rental apartment, looking for a personal, hands-on approach to looking after my investment. Thirteen years later, we’re looking after over 300 properties and tenancies across Auckland, and I’m supported by an amazing team of conscientious, careful and caring people who do their very best every day to keep things on track for our property owners and our tenants.

I bring extensive experience in Auckland’s property market, having established my first residential construction company at the age of twenty-three, a milestone and a sharp learning curve that shaped my career. My background as a Director and Business Development Manager has equipped me with a diverse skill set across operations and client relationship management. Having built homes and managed a private property portfolio, I understand the complexity and importance of rental management done right.

Klim Andreev - Portfolio Manager
About Klim
After living in a city apartment for over 10 years, an opportunity came up in 2016 to join Keen on Rentals as a letting agent. I already knew most of the buildings in the city, and after going through plenty of viewings myself, it seemed like a good fit.
Since then, I’ve gained a lot of experience in property management. These days, I handle the day-to-day operations and serve as the first point of contact for the team, offering support and advice when needed.
Our team is small, but we work well together and support each other every day. One of the things I enjoy about being a property manager is meeting new people and learning about them – both owners and tenants. It’s also satisfying to ensure the property is well looked after and to find the right tenant for each place.

Priya Mourya - Property Manager
About Priya
When I came on board with Keen On Rentals, we were navigating the Covid pandemic and primarily working from home. I had worked with long-term rentals and short-term accommodation providers before, but lockdowns were a whole different environment to deal with. Despite the challenges, I received incredible support from the team that helped me acclimate to the company’s processes and work culture.
As a property manager, I encounter a variety of situations daily. Meeting prospective tenants who are looking for just the right property, processing applications, checking references and backgrounds, completing tenancy agreement, inspections throughout the tenancy journey, managing maintenance and repairs and keeping owners updated along the way are things we do every day. About Mariette
After working in property for many years, I knew it was the field in which I wanted to continue growing my career. I began as a part-time letting agent, gaining valuable knowledge about rentals, properties, and working with people. From there, I progressed into a role as a sales associate, selling properties, but ultimately discovered that I am best suited and most aligned with the longer-term relationships involved in managing rentals.
