Our “No Surprises” Fee
When you trust us to look after your property, you can be confident that we will look after all of the details and any unexpected requirements that might pop up – without charging you extra.
We use an all-inclusive fee that covers all of our services – so you know exactly how much you’re paying us, with no surprises.
This applies even if you get a new tenant into your property. We don’t charge you a new letting fee and we don’t charge you additional advertising or marketing fees.
