Our “No Surprises” Fee

When you trust us to look after your property, you can be confident that we will look after all of the details and any unexpected requirements that might pop up – without charging you extra.

We use an all-inclusive fee that covers all of our services – so you know exactly how much you’re paying us, with no surprises.

This applies even if you get a new tenant into your property. We don’t charge you a new letting fee and we don’t charge you additional advertising or marketing fees.

We understand that property owners/landlords all have different requirements and varying degrees of experience in owning and managing rental properties. Whether you’re a first-time landlord or a seasoned investor, we’re here to help. Our role is to help you look after your biggest asset and maximise your returns.

Tenants too have different requirements and levels of experience for renting properties. If you’re renting for the first time, or recently arrived from overseas, or moving to a new rental property, or you’re returning to renting after being a home owner for some time, we’re here to help you through the tenancy application process. I attended a viewing recently and although I didnt get selected for the property, the property manager Mariette who showed me through the property was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions clearly, made the viewing comfortable, and presented the property exceptionally well, the application process was rather easy aswell after the viewing had finished. Would recommend working with this property management company.
