That means conducting detailed entry and exit inspections, regular routine inspections, and making sure your property is liveable and compliant at all times. With the help of our great team of tradespeople, we'll identify and take care of ongoing maintenance and repairs, minor or major. We can even provide furniture packages if you wish to furnish your property. If you decide to renovate we can manage that too, taking care of all the details while you sit back and focus on other things.
Sorting out the finances
It's important to know the specifics when it comes to money. To make sure you always know what is going on we provide detailed property statements every month. We can also take care of any outgoings on your property – council and water rates, insurances, electricity, wifi, utilities, body corporate fees, and of course any maintenance bills.
